Stiga SAE 10W-30 is a 4-stroke multi-grade oil. The "10W" indicates the viscosity of the oil at low temperatures and the number 30 indicates the viscosity at 100°C: this means that SAE 10W-30 guarantees high performance between -15° and +40°. The bottle contains 0.6 litres of product. This oil is specifically designed for engines in STIGA machines and its use is recommended for better performance and increased reliability and engine duration over time.
Above all, the 4-stroke oil prevents the metal surfaces of the engine from wearing down, creating a film that separates them. Furthermore, it dissipates heat and reduces wear and tear and acts as protection for the engine. A good oil prevents the accumulation of dirt and deposits, protects metal surfaces, fights oxidation and minimises the acids that can cause corrosion.
