Terms and Conditions

Terms of Business (v. 17032026):

1. ORDERING

Orders can only be placed on www.csmegastore.com via our website. If you have enquiries regarding products that are not listed on the website, you are always welcome to contact us by telephone or e-mail.

Technical data, product information and specifications are provided for guidance only.
The buyer is solely responsible for selecting the products or services purchased and for achieving the intended result. Please always check the manufacturer’s own website for the latest product information.

All prices shown are in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT and other applicable taxes where required by law. Prices may vary depending on the country of delivery, currency fluctuations, supplier changes, force majeure and changes in taxes, duties or public charges. Unless otherwise stated, offers are intended for delivery within the EU.

A legally binding agreement is concluded only when you receive an order confirmation or invoice by e-mail confirming acceptance of the order.
Until acceptance has been confirmed by order confirmation or invoice, CS MEGASTORE A/S may reject or cancel your order in whole or in part due to pricing errors, text or image errors, technical errors, stock shortages, supplier failures, compliance restrictions or similar circumstances. You will be notified by e-mail without undue delay.

When you place an order on the webshop, you will automatically receive an e-mail stating which products you have ordered. This e-mail is only an electronic acknowledgement that we have received your order, and at that time no legally binding agreement has yet been entered into between you and the webshop.

When you trade with www.csmegastore.com, agreements are concluded in the following language: English.

Price changes:
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, for example in the event of significant currency fluctuations.
Products that are in stock are always delivered at the confirmed price, and if the price of an in-stock product changes between order and delivery, the price stated in the order confirmation shall apply.
For products that are not in stock at the time of ordering, the confirmed price is subject to price adjustments by the supplier or other circumstances beyond CS MEGASTORE A/S’s control.
After any such adjustment, the new price must be accepted by the customer; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel agreements if an error has occurred and it should have been obvious to you that an error was involved.

The order overview and any automatic acknowledgement only confirm receipt of your order and do not constitute acceptance.
No binding purchase agreement has been concluded with CS MEGASTORE A/S until you have received an order confirmation or an invoice from CS MEGASTORE A/S.

2. PAYMENT

At www.csmegastore.com payment can be made by:

ViaBill

Advance payment by bank transfer – please note that with this method you are not covered by the chargeback arrangement.

For purchases made using ViaBill, you will first receive your goods.
Thereafter, you must pay your monthly instalment on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged.

If you cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will also terminate. ViaBill finances purchases up to DKK 2,000. Amounts above DKK 2,000 are financed in cooperation with SparXpress.

If you pay by payment card, you are always protected against misuse. You can object to a payment when you receive your card statement. You have no excess in the event that your card is misused in an online shop using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. In that respect, you are better protected than in the physical world, where there is generally an excess if your card and PIN are misused.

Data sent in connection with card payments is encrypted (SSL), and only the payment processor can read it. Neither CS MEGASTORE A/S nor anyone else can read the data.

The purchase amount is only captured when the goods are dispatched from CS MEGASTORE A/S. No amount greater than the amount approved by you at the time of purchase can ever be captured.

Reservation of funds:
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds remain reserved on your card or account until:

1) we capture the amount when we dispatch the goods; or
2) the funds are released in accordance with the agreement with your card issuer.

We use MasterCard, VISA and Klarna; the payment reservation period for these methods is 30 days.

Financing:
If you wish to buy now and spread the cost over time, you can enter into an agreement with SparXpress.
Completing an application only takes a few minutes. Following a standard credit assessment, you will receive an answer to your application within 15 minutes during their opening hours.

3. SHIPPING

GLS – for private and business deliveries (with and without home delivery).
Budbee – for delivery of smaller items (parcel locker). Requires the free Budbee app on your smartphone (Android and Apple).
Instabox – for delivery of smaller items (parcel locker). Requires the free Instabox app on your smartphone (Android and Apple).
Carrier delivery – for larger electronics, white goods etc.

Deliveries are made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant carrier. If you receive a parcel that is clearly damaged, you should refuse receipt of the shipment or note on the waybill that it was “received with reservation” so that a later inspection and counting of the contents can be carried out.

If you have accepted the shipment and subsequently discover damage, please contact CS MEGASTORE A/S immediately and report the damage. It is always a good idea to take photographs of the entire shipment, the waybill/label and any damage.
We are happy to help in these cases, so please send us all documentation and we will proceed with the matter.

If the shipment is not collected within the carrier’s storage period, it will be returned to CS MEGASTORE A/S.
Our shipping costs in this connection will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Shipping prices:
CS MEGASTORE A/S’s business is to sell IT equipment, Hi-Fi equipment etc. and not to operate a freight business. Therefore all shipping prices are based on the normal carrier rates and calculated according to weight and number of order lines.

The shipping cost is calculated according to the items in the basket, including weight, size and number of items.
This includes, for example, additional parcels, packaging and carrier costs.
Basic shipping starts from DKK 39 for delivery of one item, and shipping for additional items is added depending on product type, weight and size.
You can always see the shipping price for a single item directly on the product page. If you buy multiple items, the total shipping price will be shown at checkout.

Please note: for deliveries without home delivery, if there is no more space at the selected pickup point, the carrier will deliver to the nearest point with available capacity.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Please note: the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.

If you purchase as a consumer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at www.csmegastore.com.

Within 14 days from receipt of the goods, you must notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Notice may be given by creating a return case on our website, sending an e-mail to [email protected], or by contacting us by telephone.
Alternatively, the goods may be returned using the standard withdrawal form included in the parcel.
In your notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we also offer a voluntary 90-day return policy for unopened products purchased as consumer purchases (by private individuals), meaning that if the product was supplied with a seal, that seal must not be broken, and if the product has an expiry date, that date must not have been exceeded at the time of return.

Products covered by the voluntary 90-day return policy must therefore not have been unpacked, opened, tested, used or otherwise handled beyond ordinary transport and storage. If a product was delivered sealed, the seal must still be fully intact when the product is returned under the 90-day return policy.

We kindly ask that the item is returned no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from or return the purchase.

Return shipment:
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you must pay the cost of returning the item yourself, for example the return shipping cost.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned using a normal parcel carrier, for example large-format printers or similar products weighing more than 30 kg.
In such cases, CS MEGASTORE A/S can be contacted for the use of one of our partners, for example a freight carrier or special transport for the return.
However, this shipping cost will be deducted from the value of the goods when the amount is refunded to the customer and is expected not to exceed DKK 1,200.

We always recommend returning the product using the same type of carrier as was used for delivery to help ensure that the unit is handled correctly and is not damaged in transit.
If you bought several items in one order and only withdraw from part of your purchase, we do not refund the original delivery costs.

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are delivered back to us and for proper packaging.

It is not a requirement, but processing is faster if our online RMA form is completed and enclosed with the return shipment together with other relevant information such as a copy of the invoice or order confirmation, bank registration and account number, or copies of any prior correspondence.

Condition of the goods when returned:
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect the goods in the same manner as you would in a physical shop.

If the goods have been tested or used beyond what is described above, we will regard them as used, which means that if you withdraw from the purchase you will only receive part of or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods.

This value is determined at the reasonable discretion of CS MEGASTORE A/S.

In the event of depreciation, the depreciation amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. Depreciation will be assessed if the item is returned in a used or deteriorated condition so that it can no longer be resold as new.
On that basis, CS MEGASTORE A/S will assess the depreciation and contact you before the amount is refunded.

Condition of goods and product types:
To receive a full refund, you may do only what you would be allowed to do in a physical shop. You may inspect the goods, but you may not put them into actual use.

The goods must be free from damage, free from signs of wear, free from scratches, and be in a clean and presentable condition if you want to be certain of receiving all your money back.
Please therefore take care when unpacking the goods, do not remove protective film/plastic etc., and be careful not to cause scratches or marks.
Ideally, the product should look as you yourself would expect a factory-new product to look – in short, as it looked when you received it.

For product categories where the packaging forms a material part of the item’s as-new value, the intact original packaging is always a material part of the value of the goods.
For the following product groups (computers, printers, network devices, Hi-Fi equipment, cameras, camcorders, scanners, radios, televisions, video equipment, GPS equipment, games consoles and standalone hardware devices), the original packaging must therefore always be returned in order for you to receive a full refund.

Health or hygiene products, or other goods not suitable for return, are not accepted if they have been put into use. It is, however, possible to examine such goods without putting them into use. This may, for example, apply to products that have been in contact with foodstuffs, skin, hair or the like.

Please note that if you wish to preserve the right of withdrawal, the seals on software, audio/video recordings, toners / ink cartridges and cables must NOT be broken.
These types of goods are regarded as having been put into use when the blister packaging is broken, which leads to a reduction in their resale value.
It is therefore important to decide whether you wish to keep the item or withdraw from the purchase before the blister packaging is opened. It is possible to inspect the goods without breaking the blister packaging.

Products classified as “digital content”, for example licences for games, software, audio files or video files, are regarded as used once performance has begun, which we consider to be when the content has been made available.
After that point, the right of withdrawal for products of the “digital content” type lapses, being all products where no physical goods are transferred or delivered.

Packaging and responsibility for return shipment:
Please note: we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or shipments without delivery to our address.
CS MEGASTORE A/S encourages careful packaging when goods are sent back, as this is the sender’s responsibility.
For example, loose internal components such as graphics cards, motherboards and hard drives should always be returned in an antistatic bag – or in the same way as they were received.

CS MEGASTORE A/S also encourages all products to be packed securely with suitable filler material (for example bubble wrap or other shock-absorbing material) and placed in a cardboard box so that the products cannot be damaged during transport.

Please also note that if the box is not fully filled, some product types may still be damaged because they can move around inside the box despite the use of filler material.

It is the customer’s risk that the item arrives safely back at CS MEGASTORE A/S.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to receive the goods from the carrier, but we require that you notify us accordingly, otherwise the processing time will be extended.
Please note that if you withdraw from the purchase by refusing delivery, you remain liable for our costs of getting the item back.
The return shipping cost depends on product type, weight and dimensions, but is typically around DKK 50 for small parcels; for large goods such as white goods it may be up to DKK 400 plus any island surcharge.

You may also return the item to us with the completed standard withdrawal form together with a copy of the invoice and your bank account and registration number.

Refund of amounts:
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, that amount will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

As a rule, the amount will be refunded to the same payment card used for the purchase; if this is not possible, the amount may be refunded to your bank account. It is therefore important that we receive your bank registration and account number.

5. COMPLAINTS / NON-CONFORMITY

If you purchase as a consumer at www.csmegastore.com, you have a 24-month right to make claims for non-conformity.

The right to make claims may, however, be limited by the natural lifespan of the product. This applies, for example, to batteries, toners, ink cartridges and other products that can be regarded as consumables.

This means that you may, depending on the specific circumstances, be entitled to have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or to receive a price reduction.
This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other inappropriate handling.

The defect rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply.
A defect is an issue that was present at the time of delivery – typically a manufacturing and/or material defect.

Should the product unexpectedly fail during the complaint period and be covered by the right to make claims, defective products will be repaired or exchanged free of charge at our workshop or the manufacturer’s workshop.

Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse by the user is not covered by the complaint right. This also includes alteration of the supplied voltage/current to any relevant component.

Goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice showing the purchase date of the product complained about; otherwise the processing time may be extended.

6. USE OF THE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be deemed to have been made within a reasonable time.

You will then be guided as to whether the product manufacturer offers direct support that you may use and thereby save time and avoid us acting as an intermediary.
If the manufacturer refers to external support or a service centre, they will often also arrange the transport.
Often the product is collected from or exchanged at your address.

We encourage you to provide a description of the defect or issue in connection with the complaint, as failing to do so may prolong the processing time due to broader troubleshooting.

If you have purchased separate components, for example to assemble your own computer, please send only the item you wish to complain about and not the whole computer.
If you cannot identify which component is defective, we may refuse the complaint because you must cooperate to a reasonable extent so that we can process the complaint.
In such cases, we will contact you and may agree to assist with broader troubleshooting against payment (the hourly rate is DKK 999 incl. VAT, with a minimum charge of 1/2 hour).
You are also welcome to have the product returned to you and carry out the troubleshooting yourself, and then submit a new complaint once you have identified which item is defective.

CS MEGASTORE A/S cannot be held liable for the customer’s loss of data unless such liability follows directly from Danish law.
CS MEGASTORE A/S therefore encourages the customer to make copies / backups of all data.
To the extent that CS MEGASTORE A/S may be liable, liability is limited to the direct product loss and therefore does not include indirect losses such as loss of earnings, transport costs, operating losses, installation costs and the like, unless otherwise follows from mandatory Danish law.

If you wish to send your product to CS MEGASTORE A/S, we kindly ask you to create an RMA request in advance, although this is not a requirement.
This can be done at www.csmegastore.com under Complaints & Returns and will minimise the processing time for your complaint.

The defective product must then be sent to our address:

When returning the item, please state the sender on the shipment and any issued RMA number (return number).
Alternatively, enclose a copy of the invoice and state the reason for the return.

Please note: we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or similar receiver-paid shipments.

Always remember to return the goods in secure packaging (preferably the original packaging), and we encourage you to obtain a receipt from the carrier so that you can track the parcel to us – at the same time, this will normally also provide insurance cover for the contents should they be lost or damaged.

When your complaint case has been approved by us and accepted as a consumer purchase, we will send you a return label by e-mail which you can use to send the goods back without cost. Please wait for this before sending the item to us.

Please note that when using the right of withdrawal and our extended 90-day return policy, you must bear the shipping cost yourself.
We offer a low-cost shipping option which can be purchased at www.csmegastore.com/postlabel/.

We refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have incurred in returning the goods when the complaint is justified. However, we recommend that you contact us or create an RMA case so that we can send you a return label in advance.

Returned goods where no defect is found:
If defective or incorrect goods are sent to CS MEGASTORE A/S and the defect or fault described by the customer is not found (or is not covered by warranty / complaint rights), the item will be returned to the customer together with a test fee.

The test fee is DKK 999 per hour incl. VAT and is charged per commenced half hour.
The test fee is calculated on the basis of the time spent on disassembly, testing, troubleshooting, reassembly and final testing.

Goods received without proper packaging and not already damaged thereby will be repackaged properly and an amount corresponding to CS MEGASTORE A/S’s costs for the necessary safe packaging will be charged.

Information about complaint options:
If you wish to complain about your purchase of a product or service or about the handling of your case, this must be done in writing to CS MEGASTORE A/S at the e-mail address [email protected], with a detailed description of what happened and the remedy requested, or alternatively by registered letter to our address:

In this way your enquiry will be handled by a manager and you will receive a reply as soon as possible. Please note, however, that the case will be investigated thoroughly before you receive an answer, so it may take a few days.

If an acceptable solution cannot be reached directly with us at CS MEGASTORE A/S, a complaint may be submitted to one of the following bodies:

Complaints are submitted directly through their complaint portal at www.naevneneshus.dk.

The mediation team will seek to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you may bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board.

As a general rule, it is a prerequisite for making a complaint that the product or service you wish to complain about cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000.
For complaints concerning clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. These thresholds may change. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.

Please note that the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Information on alternative consumer redress mechanisms in the EU is available through the European Commission’s Consumer Redress pages.

7. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (B2B)
All purchases by business customers are commercial transactions governed by the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) as applicable to B2B.
Business customers have no right of withdrawal.

The complaint period is 12 months from the invoice date.
For consumables (including, but not limited to, batteries, toner and ink cartridges), the complaint period is 3 months, unless a longer period is provided by the manufacturer.

The buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt.
Any defects which are or should have been identified must be notified without undue delay and no later than 14 days after delivery. Otherwise, the right to claim is forfeited.

It is a condition for any claim that the product is received by www.csmegastore.com or its designated service partner before expiry of the complaint period. Notification or dispatch within the deadline is not sufficient.

For deliveries outside Denmark, the buyer is deemed the importer of record and is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including registrations, reporting and payment of taxes, duties, fees and environmental contributions (including, but not limited to, WEEE, batteries, packaging, chemical and copyright-related schemes).
www.csmegastore.com assumes no responsibility for such obligations.

Complaints do not extend or renew the complaint period.
All costs related to returns and handling of complaints are borne by the buyer.
Where applicable, the buyer must use the manufacturer’s service setup.
www.csmegastore.com shall, at its sole discretion, determine whether a product is repaired, replaced or credited.

Title to the goods remains with www.csmegastore.com until full payment has been received.

All costs related to enforcement of retention of title are borne by the buyer. Interest on late payment accrues at 8.7% per commenced month, unless otherwise required by law.

8. YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us via the website, you must register the following personal information:
- name
- address
- telephone number
- e-mail address
- (CVR no. for business customers)

We register your personal data only for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
Personal data is registered with CS MEGASTORE A/S and stored for 5 years (5 years due to the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act), after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always happens with your explicit consent so that you are informed exactly which information is collected and why.

The data controller is the Managing Director of CS MEGASTORE A/S.
We do not store customer information in encrypted form. We do not transmit customer information in encrypted form.

Information provided to www.csmegastore.com is not passed on or sold to third parties in any way, except to the carrier who receives the information relevant to the delivery of the purchase.
We do not register sensitive personal data.

As a registered data subject with CS MEGASTORE A/S, you always have the right to object to the registration.
You also have the right of access to the information registered about you.
