Whether you're doing coordination and stability training or working out with additional weights, the GYMBALL is the perfect training partner. It is odor-neutral, latex-free, elastic, can handle loads up to 500 kg, and is also outstanding for everyday sitting for proper back posture.
This exercise ball can be used for training while standing, sitting, lying on your stomach, or on your back. That means a wide variety of muscle groups can be addressed with different intensity.
