They are able to receive one digital stereo signal or two mono signals via the RJ45 connections. These signals are converted into an analogue audio signal, amplified and then streamed. During operation, there may be a hazard of contact with a dangerous voltage of up to 100 V at the speaker terminals. Always switch off the amplifier before making or changing any connections.
Do not operate the unit and disconnect the mains plug from the socket immediately if the unit or the mains cable is visibly damaged; if a defect might have occurred after the unit was dropped or suffered a similar accident, if malfunctions occur. In any case, the unit must be repaired by skilled personnel.
The unit is suitable for indoor use only. Protect it against dripping water and splash water, high air humidity and heat (admissible ambient temperature range: 0 - 40 °C).
Never pull the mains cable to disconnect the mains plug from the socket, always seize the plug.
The heat generated inside the unit must be dissipated by air circulation; never cover the air vents of the housing.
If the unit is to be put out of operation permanently, take it to a local recycling plant for a disposal which is not harmful to the environment.;What is the maximum current consumption in standby mode?;The current consumption in standby mode is approx. 30 mA.
