The SV 80 is hung in any container that is at least 15 cm deep and heats the water it contains to up to 90°C. SousVide is a method of cooking food in vacuum sealed bags at low temperatures for a long time. Vacuum packaging, slow cooking and all round heat transfer from the water to the food reduces bacterial growth. The salts, the taste and the juiciness are preserved! The Sous-Vide cooker SV 80 heats 20 liters in approx. 45 minutes to 56°C with a maximum deviation of 0.1°C. In addition, the SV 80 has a WIFI function, so the cooking rod can be easily and conveniently controlled via mobile phone or tablet. The LC display provides information about the set time and the current temperature.
