Create return case

Here you can create a return case if you want to use the 14-day return policy.
Please read the terms and conditions for using the 14-day return policy before the case is created.

NOTE: The return policy does not apply for commercial purchases. This means you can only return an item by special agreement. Please contact us about this.

The case is now created in our system and when our service department has approved the case, you will receive an email with a case number (RMA number).
